The conditions of sale form a contract between you and ServerSpot.co. These conditions can be changed without notice by ServerSpot.co. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally accessing this Web site and all content available in the latter or through one of its links are allowed in the country from which you connect to our Web site or any one of its elements or watch them or by the intermediary through which you do.

We reserve the right to change prices or to remove items from the site and this without prior notice. ServerSpot.co says that all information is accurate to the best of its knowledge when they were posted. However, the texts do not engage ServerSpot.co.

 

1.    Mode of payment

Your order can be paid by Paypal, credit card, @-Interac or cash at the recovery of your item.

Please note that prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and that the transport costs are extra. If applicable, customs clearance fees may apply. Customs charges will be at the expense of customers and are not included in the purchase price. We would like to clarify that all transport prices you will be passed before all sends.


2.    Cancellation of an order

3.      Delivery time

Your order will be shipped within a period of 2 to 4 working days. For orders from outside the Canada time may vary according to the time of passage through customs. Transportation costs will be sent to you before all delivery and must be paid in full before sending


4.    Shipping and handling charges

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order which is place of delivery by a third party. (Post Canada,  Purolator or any tiers)


5.    Return of goods and freight

To make a return of merchandise (Exchange or crédit only) you should not have exceeded the 30th day after the reception, have your invoice and your order number. 

You can contact our customer service to request a return that will allow us to verify the validity of your request.

Products returned for Exchange or credit must be in their original packaging. For the defective products they will be replaced with a new copy of the same product.
